Global Dental Designing Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

GDD (Global Dental Designing) provides custom digital dental design services for dentists and dental laboratories, including but not limited to implant planning, prosthetic design, dentures, surgical guides, and related CAD workflows. Due to the custom, professional, and case-specific nature of our services, refunds are governed by the policy outlined below.

1. Monthly Billing & Invoicing

  • GDD operates on a monthly invoicing system.
  • Invoices reflect the total number of cases designed and services delivered during the billing period.
  • Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

2. No Refunds for Completed or In-Progress Work

  • All completed design cases are non-refundable.
  • Cases that have entered the design process (including data review, planning, or design stages) are not eligible for a refund, even if the case is later canceled by the client.
  • This applies regardless of whether the case has been delivered or is pending final approval.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • If a client is unsatisfied due to design adjustments or clinical preference, GDD offers reasonable revisions in accordance with the original prescription and submitted data.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
  • Refunds will not be issued for revision-based dissatisfaction.

4. Errors & Responsibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • A clear technical error caused directly by GDD that cannot be corrected through revision, and
  • The error is documented and verified by the GDD quality control team.

If approved, the refund will be:

  • Limited only to the affected case(s), and
  • Issued as a credit toward future services or partial monetary refund at GDD's discretion.

5. Client-Provided Data

GDD is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete scans
  • Inaccurate prescriptions
  • Late or missing clinical information
  • Changes in treatment plan after design initiation

Cases affected by the above are not eligible for refunds.

6. Subscription or Ongoing Service Cancellation

  • Clients may stop sending new cases at any time.
  • Cancellation does not apply retroactively to:
    • Cases already designed
    • Cases in progress
    • Charges already invoiced
  • Any outstanding invoice balance remains payable in full.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting GDD is a violation of this policy.
  • GDD reserves the right to:
    • Suspend services immediately
    • Provide documented proof of delivered services to the payment provider
    • Recover associated administrative and legal costs if applicable

8. Policy Updates

GDD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of GDD services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
